This Policy explains how OX-san handles notices of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights infringements relating to publicly available recipes and other user content.
1. Covered Content
This Policy applies to recipes, titles, descriptions, images, profile information, comments, and other content published on the website or app, including content generated or edited through AI.
2. Prohibited Infringement
Users must not post content that infringes third-party rights, including unauthorized copying of copyrighted works, verbatim reposting of cookbooks or paid articles, unauthorized use of others' photos or logos, trademark infringement, unauthorized use of names or likenesses, privacy violations, or impersonation.
3. How to Submit a Notice
To report infringement, please contact our designated channel with the URL or location of the content, the rights allegedly infringed, your name or organization, contact information, an explanation of authority if acting as an agent, and a statement that the notice is accurate. We may request additional information if a notice is incomplete.
4. Our Response
After reviewing a notice, we may hide, remove, restrict access to, warn about, or suspend the relevant content or account as appropriate. In urgent or clear cases, we may temporarily hide content before notifying the uploader.
5. Counter-Notice
If an uploader believes the content was lawfully posted, the uploader may submit a counter-notice. We may consider information from both the complaining party and the uploader when deciding whether restoration is appropriate.
6. Information Disclosure
We may disclose relevant information to the extent required by law, court order, lawful process, or a competent authority request.
