Health & Safety Disclaimer
Last Updated: April 13, 2026
This page summarizes the health and safety cautions that are especially important for an AI service dealing with food and cooking. You must independently confirm safety before cooking, eating, storing, or serving any food.
1. Food Allergies
AI cannot fully account for omitted inputs, ingredient naming variations, allergens contained in seasonings or processed foods, cross-contact, or other circumstances. Always verify ingredient labels, product packaging, store information, and your home cooking environment. If you have a severe allergy, do not rely on AI suggestions as-is.
2. Nutrition and Health Information
Calories, nutrient values, salt content, carbohydrate values, claimed health effects, and similar information are estimates or reference information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The Service does not provide medical advice or treatment guidance. If you have a medical condition, are under treatment, pregnant, breastfeeding, caring for infants, or need special dietary consideration, consult a physician, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
3. Hygiene and Storage
The Service cannot inspect freshness, use-by dates, best-before dates, storage temperatures, thawing condition, reheating history, unusual odors, discoloration, or other real-world food conditions. Do not use any ingredient if you have doubts about it, and consult guidance from local health authorities or public food safety agencies where relevant.
4. Cooking and Heating Safety
AI may suggest insufficient cooking times or inappropriate preparation methods. For meat, fish, eggs, and other foods where heat treatment is critical, always verify that the food is fully cooked through. When using microwaves, ovens, induction cooktops, gas burners, pressure cookers, deep-frying oil, or other equipment, follow the relevant manuals and safety guidance.
5. Knives, Heat, and Child Safety
The Service does not guarantee the safe use of knives, slicers, mixers, boiling liquids, open flames, or other hazardous tools. If children are cooking or present nearby, use the Service only under appropriate adult supervision.
6. Emergencies
If breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, severe abdominal pain, serious hives, burns, bleeding, or any other urgent symptom or accident occurs, do not wait for guidance from the Service. Seek emergency medical care, contact emergency responders, or take other appropriate action immediately.
