    Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise.

    Advice: After washing the strawberries, thoroughly wipe off any moisture to prevent the bread from getting too soggy.

    Break the Ghana Uji Matcha Chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof dish. Heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds, then remove and stir. If there are any undissolved pieces, heat for another 10 seconds at a time until smooth.

    Advice: Chocolate can burn easily, so it's important to melt it little by little, checking its consistency, to avoid overheating. Remove it as soon as it's smooth.

    Evenly spread the melted matcha chocolate over the bread. Arrange the cut strawberries decoratively on top. Serve and enjoy!

    Advice: When spreading the chocolate, make sure to spread it all the way to the edges of the bread so every bite is delicious. Arranging the strawberries creatively will make it even prettier.
