Easy Fluffy Fried Rice with Frozen Rice

Thaw and loosen the frozen rice by heating it in the microwave. Finely chop the green onion and cut the roasted pork into 1cm cubes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

Heat half of the vegetable oil (15ml) in a frying pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and remove immediately when semi-cooked.

Add the remaining vegetable oil (15ml) to the frying pan, add the roasted pork and the white part of the green onion, and stir-fry over medium heat. Once fragrant, add the rice and stir-fry together.

Stir-fry, breaking up the rice with a spatula so it doesn't clump together.

Once the rice is fluffy, return the cooked egg to the pan, and pour soy sauce and oyster sauce around the edges of the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and quickly mix everything together.

Finally, add the green part of the green onion and stir-fry quickly, then turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
