Business Transfer Policy

This Policy explains how user information may be handled if OX-san is involved in a business succession or organizational restructuring.

1. Covered Transactions

This Policy applies to mergers, company splits, business transfers, share transfers, asset sales, strategic combinations, restructurings, and other transactions involving the transfer of the Service operator or related assets.

2. Information That May Be Transferred

Transferred data may include account information, usage history, support history, settings, pantry and ingredient data, recipe usage data, contractual positions, and other information reasonably necessary for the continued operation of the Service.

3. Expectations for Successors

We expect any successor to handle Service-related information in a manner consistent with this Policy and the Privacy Policy, implement appropriate security measures, and comply with applicable law.

4. Notice and Disclosure

Where required by law or deemed appropriate by us, we will provide notice of data transfers associated with a business succession through the Service, email, in-app notices, or another appropriate method.

5. User Options

Users may, subject to law and our procedures, request account deletion, data deletion, and exercise other available rights. However, information that must be retained for legal or contractual reasons may not be deleted immediately.
