Repeat Infringer Policy
Last Updated: April 13, 2026
This Policy explains the measures OX-san may take against users who repeatedly infringe third-party rights or commit other serious violations.
1. What Counts as a Repeat Infringer
We may treat a user as a repeat infringer when the user is the subject of multiple valid infringement notices, repeatedly posts similar infringing content, reposts removed material, or continues violating rights after warnings.
2. Factors We Consider
We may consider the number of notices, clarity of the infringement, severity of the conduct, the user's response, any counter-notices, apparent intent, and whether other Terms violations are involved.
3. Enforcement Measures
We may issue warnings, restrict posting, hide content, remove content from search, limit features, temporarily suspend access, permanently terminate accounts, investigate related accounts, and take other necessary measures.
4. No Evasion
Users may not evade enforcement by creating new accounts, posting under another person's identity, or reposting with minor modifications to avoid detection.
5. Discretion and Legal Compliance
We enforce this Policy as we reasonably deem appropriate. Where required by law or necessary to protect us or others, we may apply stricter measures.
