These Terms of Service govern your use of OX-san (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Service website, app, related features, and all information provided in connection with the Service. Any separate guidelines or additional terms form part of these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service uses AI to suggest recipes, meal ideas, ingredient usage, cooking steps, and related content. All suggestions are informational only and do not replace professional judgment, actual ingredient conditions, or the realities of your cooking environment.
3. Accounts and User Inputs
Users must keep registration data and submitted information accurate and up to date. If you do not provide allergies, ingredients to avoid, health restrictions, available equipment, or other important details, the Service may be unable to account for them.
4. AI Output Notice
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or impractical. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated recipe, quantity, cooking time, storage guidance, nutrition value, substitute ingredient, or other output.
5. Critical Health and Safety Disclaimer
The Service is not intended to provide medical advice, nutrition counseling, allergy screening, infant-feeding guidance, pregnancy dietary guidance, food-safety instruction, or emergency support. Users must independently verify food allergies, religious or cultural restrictions, swallowing or medical conditions, undercooking, cross-contact, expiration dates, storage conditions, food poisoning risks, and the safe handling of heat, knives, and kitchen appliances. If illness, severe allergic symptoms, injury, fire, or any emergency occurs, stop using the Service immediately and contact appropriate medical, fire, emergency, or other professional services.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in illegal conduct, violations of public order and morals, interference with the Service, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized access, false registration, reverse engineering, scraping, or any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, text, images, design, and trademarks, belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Except as permitted by law, you may not use them without prior authorization.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, specification changes, legal compliance, or other reasons. We are not liable for resulting damages unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Business Transfer

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the continuity, availability, completeness, error-free nature, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, if we are found liable, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages only, and excludes lost profits, indirect damages, and special damages.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service or on any later effective date separately specified.
